Gigi has held executive-level positions at major real estate firms, including Trammell Crow Residential, Gables Residential, Sunterra Resorts, Gameday Centers Southeastern and Lane Company. Gigi has an extensive background in the development, design, operations, for-sale, rental and resort vacation industry. She has developed and operated condominiums and resorts across the United States and in the islands.
Scott Melhus, COO
Scott brings over 20 years of resort, hotel, vacation ownership and rental experience in operations, property management, systems and marketing. He has held senior management and executive positions most recently at Sunterra Resorts and Lane Company. Scott also has a strong background in technology, exchange and customer service clubs as well as call centers.
Irene Hall , Vice President-Marketing
Irene brings over 19 years of executive real estate marketing experience, including master planned condominium, golf course, and luxury single family home communities, as well as mixed-use developments. She has provided comprehensive marketing management for builders, developers and real estate professionals. Irene has experienced successes in brand positioning and marketing strategy over the years evidenced by professional recognition bestowed to her frequently by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.
Scott Leonard, Vice President-Sales & Business Development
Scott has been in the real estate industry for ten years focusing on sales, training and business development. With experience in the for-sale condominium and townhome product, as well as in multiple vacation ownership products, Scott offers a business and revenue perspective to the sales process that is atypical to the industry. His business management experience coupled with his IT experience also allows for a vast array of applications effective in day to day operations. Scott has also worked with some of the largest vacation ownership developers in the United States.
