Why would I hire Evolv versus bringing these services in-house?
You can bring the services in-house if your goal is to build a development, sales, marketing or vacation management company. If that is not your goal, then it makes sense to outsource the services to experts who offer it all in one package. By outsourcing and bringing us in as your strategic alliance, it also affords you the opportunity to pick and choose the service, when you need it and for what time frame.
What does Evolv require as far as a contract or commitment?
There is no long-term contract with Evolv unless you so choose. We require a minimum commitment of 90 days and after that, it is month-to-month with a 30-day written cancellation notice. If the project or service for which we were hired has been completed, and you choose to bring us on again for another project or service down the road, the initial 90 day commitment would not be applicable. We feel that this affords you flexibility and access when needed. Resort and vacation ownership management contracts differ.
By offering so much flexibility in your services and contract commitment, how will you manage the volume of business or number of clients?
Our business platform is to align ourselves with no more than seven developers at a time in order to be able to offer quality service and to be able to focus on our clients and their needs. We have a concentrated team of people on our brokerage and marketing business as well as a team of people on our vacation ownership management business.
How are you different from other Brokerage firms who primarily focus on condominium sales?
Most other firms focus specifically on real estate marketing and sales. We are a full service real estate solutions company that will work with you and provide services on almost all fronts of developing a project. We can consult as well as be hands on and as involved as you choose. Our development, construction and design background allows us to be very involved on the front end to ensure a deliverable that is representative of the marketing and sales efforts for the project sell out.
How do resorts and vacation ownership fit in?
Several members of the management team have backgrounds in these industries, enabling us to bring a different perspective to other real estate products as well as offer services on those two fronts. The experience and expertise also allows us to provide services to the second home and vacation destination markets.
