Evolv has evolved and has now become its own company. ERES, LLC has been formed and is under new ownership. This unprecedented move was made in order to allow for further growth and expansion in both the brokerage and vacation ownership market. Evolv will retain its current client base and will actively pursue new clients. CEO, Gigi Giannoni stated, "This is a great time to introduce a new, stand alone brokerage group to Atlanta and other markets. We are a smaller, more focused team of people who desire to remain small in size but large relative to sales productivity". Evolv is also expanding into a secondary market, the resort/vacation ownership business with an additional team of people. (Formal press release to follow).
